Returns & Cancellation Policy
- We offer 5 days hassle-free
returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days
for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up
services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of
refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single
deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each
individual clothing item.
- Any type Customized product
eg. T-shirt , cushion cover, Tops Etc. Return not accepted . Customized
product return only when product print mistake(Type mistake/design wrong),
wrong product print.
- For
maintain hygiene, we may refuse returns when the item has been worn,
washed or soiled. We
do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not
limited to accessories, masks and innerwear i.e boxers, briefs, trunks. Ristrock
may, at its discretion and without
prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would
apply.
- Defective
products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer
Return management Team. If you have
received a defective product, send us images/videos at support@ristrock.com
or whats app 8989978091 with your contact
info and order detail and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by
the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your
bank account or as UPI Money as per your convenience.;.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice.
If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to
send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject
to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- For COD orders, a store
credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return
pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
- Please return your
product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are
returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not
be provided.
- Kindly allow 5 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Refund Amount processed after We received order back and inspect condition.
- Payments made with COD
option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you,
which can be used anytime.
- Reward points or store
credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.
- Shipping Charges are
Non-Refundable
- Gift
cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

will be solved on priority the next day.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Customize product cancellation possible only when manufacturing process not start if customize (size, print, design customization)product under manufacturing process/ready not able to cancel.
- Sale menu, Tailor made apparel and apparel printing product are non returnable product.
- all any customized product is non returnable
- After received return product then inspected product condition then if refund process start this process take time 2-3 working days.
- If customer give order and not accept order so return intimation start and 100 rs return ship charges deducted and remaining amount refunded (not any refund for custom print and custom tailor made garments)
